Shabbat Gatherings

We gather each week for the 7th day Sabbath, known in the western world as Saturday. For in 6 days YAH Elohim created all things and on the 7th day He rested from His work and set this day apart. He instructed us that we should also rest on the 7th day and keep it set-apart.

Shabbat Services – start time is 10:30 am. Our order of service is as follows: Praise and worship music, followed by assembly announcements, recital of the Shema and Aaronic blessing and reading of the weekly Torah portion, which includes the Torah, Prophets & Writings and the Brit Hadasha (New Testament). We then break for lunch, where we have a Biblically clean (no pork, shellfish, catfish or other unclean animals) potluck/oneg. After lunch, we mid-rash the Torah portion.

People are free to come and go as they please. We just ask that they remain respectful and polite when entering and exiting the fellowship hall.

We ask that sidebar conversations be kept to a minimum in the fellowship hall. If conversations are in depth and or lengthy, we ask that those involved take the conversation outside of the fellowship hall.

Pets – small pets, such as service animals are allowed with a few minor considerations: please keep your pet with you and in your control at all times (either on a leash or in a pet carrier) and clean up after your pet if there are any accidents.

If this seems like something that interests you, please reach out to us using the contact us tab. We look forward to having you in the family.
