We believe and affirm that \u201call scripture is breathed out by Elohim and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for setting straight for instructions in righteousness that the man of Elohim might be fitted, equipped for every good work\u201d 2 Timothy 3:14-16<\/strong>. \u00a0We will always default to His word, from Genesis to Revelation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe and affirm the Almighty Elohim (creator) has a name and we believe it to be Yahweh (using the paleo Hebrew). We don\u2019t judge people for how they pronounce His name. \u201cYou do not bring the Name of \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4 your Elohim to naught, for \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4 does not leave the one unpunished who brings His Name to naught, Exodus 20:7<\/strong>. \u201cSpeak to Aharon and his sons, that they separate themselves from the set-apart offerings of the children of Yisra\u2019\u0115l, and that they do not profane My set-apart Name in what they set apart to Me. I am \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4. Leviticus 22:2 <\/strong>If you do not guard to do all the Words of this Torah that are written in this book, to fear this esteemed and awesome Name, \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4 your Elohim,\u201d Deuteronomy 28:58<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe and affirm the Son of Yahweh\u2019s name is \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05e9\u05e2 (Yahshua) and He is the Messiah, the anointed one, to be both King and Savior. Yahshua\u2019s name literally means Yah is Salvation. We affirm that we are to keep and guard the commandments, instructions and Torah, just as Messiah himself instructed us to do. Yahshua said \u201cIf you love me, you will keep my commandments\u201d John 14:15<\/strong>. Yahshua stated the 2 greatest commandments \u201c\u2018You shall love \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4 your Elohim with all your heart, and with all your being, and with all your mind. This is the first and great command. And the second is like it, \u2018You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commands hang all the Torah and the Prophets\u2019\u201d Matthew 22:37-40; Deuteronomy 6:5; Leviticus 19:18<\/strong> Yahshua stated \u201cDo not think that I come to destroy the Torah or the Prophets, I did not come to destroy but to complete. For truly, I say to you, till the heaven and the earth pass away, one yod or one tittle shall by no means pass from the Torah till all be done.\u201d Matthew 5:17-20<\/strong> Yahshua also stated \u201cHe who possess My commands and guards them, it is he who loves me. And he who loves Me shall be loved by My Father, and I shall love him and manifest myself to Him. Yehuda \u2013 not the one Qerioth \u2013 said to Him, \u201cMaster, what has come about that you are about to manifest Yourself to us, and not the world?\u201d \u05d4\u05d5\u05e9\u05e2 answered him, \u201cIf anyone loves Me, he shall guard My Word. And My Father shall love him, and We shall come to him and make Our stay with him. \u201cHe who does not love Me does not guard My Words. And the Word which you hear is not Mine but of the Father Who sent Me.\u201d John 14:21-24<\/strong> Paul reaffirms the keeping of the Torah in Romans 3:31<\/strong> \u201cDo we then nullify the Torah through belief?\u201d Let it not be! On the contrary, we establish the Torah.\u201d We affirm that Sin is transgression of the law (Torah) \u201cEveryone doing sin also does lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness.\u201d 1 John 3:4. We affirm that Yahshua and the Father Yahweh are echad, one. \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05e9\u05e2 said to him, \u201cHave I been with you so long, and you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father, and how do you say, \u2018Show us the Father\u2019?\u00a0 Yahshua is the only way to the Father \u201c\u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05e9\u05e2 said to him, \u201cI am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.\u201d John 14:6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe and affirm that the Leviticus 23 appointed times (Moedim)<\/strong> are still in effect and applicable to us today. The first moedim is the 7th day Sabbath, from sunset Friday to sunset Saturday. No ordinary work shall be done during this set-apart (holy) time.\u00a0 We also observe and keep the commanded set-apart days: Pesach (Passover), Matzot (Unleavened Bread) Bikrim (First Fruits) Shavuot (Pentecost) Yom Terruah (Day of Trumpets) Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) Sukkot (Tabernacles).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe and affirm that the Leviticus 11, dietary instructions<\/strong> are still in effect and we follow them. We eat only Biblically clean food and refrain from eating things that are not identified as food, such as pork, shellfish and so forth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe and affirm that repentance (teshuva \u2013 to turn back towards) is necessary for salvation and that baptism in the name of Yahshua is required \u201c\u201cI say to you, no! But unless you repent you shall all perish in the same way. Luke 13:3<\/strong> \u201cAnd there is no deliverance in anyone else, for there is no other Name under the heaven given among men by which we need to be saved.\u201d Acts 4:12<\/strong>); \u201cFor your Maker is your husband, \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4 of hosts is His Name, and the Set-apart One of Yisra\u2019\u0115l is your Redeemer. He is called the Elohim of all the earth. Isaiah 54:5<\/strong>; \u201c\u201cYou are My witnesses,\u201d declares \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4, \u201cAnd My servant whom I have chosen, so that you know and believe Me, and understand that I am He. Before Me there was no \u011al formed, nor after Me there is none. \u201cI, I am \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4, and besides Me there is no savior.\u201d Isaiah 43:10-11 Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures, and said to them, \u201cThus it has been written, and so it was necessary for the Messiah to suffer and to rise again from the dead the third day, and that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in His Name to all nations, beginning at Yerushalayim\u201d Luke 24:45-47 <\/strong>\u201cSay to them, \u2018As I live,\u2019 declares the Master \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4, \u2018I have no pleasure in the death of the wrong, but that the wrong turn from his way and live. Turn back, turn back from your evil ways! For why should you die, O house of Yisra\u2019\u0115l?\u2019 Ezekiel 33:11 <\/strong>\u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4 is not slow in regard to the promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward us, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9<\/strong> \u201cFor this is good and acceptable before Elohim our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.\u201d 1 Timothy 2:3-4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe and affirm that there is a judgment for those that do not follow the instructions (commands) of the Father and the Son. \u201cAnd these shall go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into everlasting life.\u201d Matthew 25:46<\/strong> \u201cSo do not judge any at all before the time, until the Master comes, who shall bring to light what is hidden in darkness and reveal the thoughts of the hearts. And then each one\u2019s praise shall come from Elohim.\u201d \u00a01 Corinthians 4:5 <\/strong>For we all have to appear before the judgment seat of Messiah, in order for each one to receive according to what he has done in the body, whether good or evil. 2 Corinthians 5:10<\/strong> \u201cAnd I saw a great white throne and Him who was sitting on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away, and no place was found for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before the throne, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged from what was written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and She\u2019ol gave up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. And Death and She\u2019ol were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And if anyone was not found written in the Book of Life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.\u201d Revelation 20:11-15<\/strong> \u201c\u201cAnd I say to you that many shall come from east and west, and sit down with A\u1e07raham, and Yits\u1e25aq, and Ya\u201baqo\u1e07 in the reign of the heavens, but the sons of the reign shall be cast out into outer darkness \u2013 there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.\u201d Matthew 8:11-12<\/strong> \u201cAnother parable He put before them, saying, \u201cThe reign of the heavens has become like a man who sowed good seed in his field, but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed darnel among the wheat and went away. \u201cAnd when the blade sprouted and bore fruit, then the darnel also appeared. \u201cAnd the servants of the master of the house came and said to him, \u2018Master, did you not sow good seed in your field? From where then does it have the darnel?\u2019 \u201cAnd he said to them, \u2018A man, an enemy did this.\u2019 And the servants said to him, \u2018Do you wish then, that we go and gather them up?\u2019 \u201cBut he said, \u2018No, lest while you gather up the darnel you also uproot the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I shall say to the reapers, \u201cFirst gather the darnel and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my granary.\u201d \u2019 \u201dMatthew 13:24-30<\/strong> \u201cHe who believes in Him is not judged, but he who does not believe is judged already, because he has not believed in the Name of the only brought-forth Son of Elohim.\u201d John 3:18<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe and affirm that marriage is between man and woman. \u201cAnd \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4 Elohim said, \u201cIt is not good for the man to be alone, I am going to make a helper for him, as his counterpart. And from the ground \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4 Elohim formed every beast of the field and every bird of the heavens, and brought them to the man to see what he would call them. And whatever the man called each living being, that was its name. So the man gave names to all livestock, and to the birds of the heavens, and to every beast of the field. But for the man there was not found a helper for him, as his counterpart. So \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4 Elohim caused a deep sleep to fall on the man, and he slept. And He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. And the rib which \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4 Elohim had taken from the man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man. And the man said, \u201cThis is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh. This one is called \u2018woman,\u2019 because she was taken out of man. For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.\u201d Genesis 2:18-24\u00a0<\/strong> And the Pharisees came to Him, trying Him, and saying to Him, \u201cIs it right for a man to put away his wife for every reason?\u201d And He answering, said to them, \u201cDid you not read that He who made them at the beginning made them male and female, and said, \u2018For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother and cleave to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh\u2019? Matthew 19:3-5<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0We believe and affirm that there is one law for both Jew and gentile. \u201cThere is one Torah for the native-born and for the stranger who sojourns among you.\u201d Exodus 12:49<\/strong> \u201cOne law is for you of the assembly and for the stranger who sojourns with you \u2013 a law forever throughout your generations. As you are, so is the stranger before \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4. One Torah and one right-ruling is for you and for the stranger who sojourns with you.\u2019 \u201d Numbers 15:15-16<\/strong>\u00a0 \u2018You are to have one right-ruling, for the stranger and for the native, for I am \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4 your Elohim.\u2019 \u201d Leviticus 24:22<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of Natzarim Yahshua Family Fellowship is to raise up Sheppard\u2019s and leaders, as we are commissioned to make fishers of men and spread the good news of the gospel. We are active participants in family of Yahweh. We encourage everyone who has gifts to use them. For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is the Messiah. For indeed by one Spirit we were all immersed into one body, whether Yehu\u1e0fim or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink into one Spirit. For indeed the body is not one member but many. If the foot says, \u201cBecause I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,\u201d does it therefore not belong to the body? And if the ear says, \u201cBecause I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,\u201d does it therefore not belong to the body? If all the body was an eye, where would be the hearing? If all hearing, where would be the smelling? But now Elohim has set the members, each one of them, in the body, even as He pleased. And if they all had been one member, where would the body be? And now, there are indeed many members, but one body. And an eye is unable to say to the hand, \u201cI have no need of you,\u201d or again the head to the feet, \u201cI have no need of you.\u201d But much rather, those members of the body which are thought to be weaker are necessary. And to those of the body which we think to be less respected, these we present greater respect. And our unseemly members have greater seemliness, whereas our seemly members have no need. But Elohim blended together the body, having given greater respect to that member which lacks it, that there should be no division in the body, but that the members should have the same concern one for another. And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is esteemed, all the members rejoice with it. And you are a body of Messiah, and members individually. And Elohim has appointed these in the assembly: firstly emissaries, secondly prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healing, helps, ministrations, kinds of tongues. Are all emissaries? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all workers of miracles? Do all have gifts of healing? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret? But earnestly seek the better gifts. And yet I show you a more excellent way. 1 Corinthians 12:12-31<\/strong> I write to you, little children, because your sins have been forgiven on account of His Name. I write to you, fathers, because you have known Him from the beginning. I write to you, young men, because you have overcome the wicked one. I write to you, little children, because you have known the Father. I wrote to you, fathers, because you have known Him from the beginning. I wrote to you, young men, because you are strong, and the Word of Elohim stays in you, and you have overcome the wicked one. Do not love the world nor that which is in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. I John 2:12-15<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will train up children in the way that they shall go and they shall not depart from it when they grow old. \u201cTrain up a child in the way he should go, even when he is old he turns not away from it.\u201d Proverbs 22:6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
